CCANDL lab member, Madeline Hale, is a recipient of the 2022 Emma Allen Fellowship Award. This fellowship is awarded annually by the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders to fund up to $1,000 for research expenditures or travel to professional conferences. Madeline will use the fellowship to attend the 2022 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference to present a poster on her project titled, “Associations between semantic memory for proper names in story recall and CSF amyloid and tau in a cognitively unimpaired sample.” Congratulations, Madeline!!
