This year, the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) granted CCANDL’s Hannah Belay an award for her poster “Communication Behaviors Manifested as Episodes of Lucidity in Persons Living with Dementia: A Scoping Review”. The award is ASHA’s “Meritorious Poster Award”. Belay’s poster was one of 57 chosen out of 1,571 submissions.

This May, CCANDL’s Cassandra Peters graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison. Peters graduated from the Masters of Science program in Speech Language Pathology from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders.
